We Are Undefeatable

We Are Undefeatable is a national campaign supporting people with a range of long-term health conditions to be active.

Developed by 15 leading health and social care charities, and backed by expertise, insight and significant National Lottery funding from Sport England.

Being Undefeatable is understanding that how you feel can change from day-to-day, that everybody’s situation is unique, and that moving more when you can is just as important as accepting when you can’t.

The We Are Undefeatable website provides information to help you find an activity you enjoy, tips to help you get started with moving more and lots of ideas about how to build activity into your routine. There’s lots of ideas and free resources to support you to move more at home or outdoors. You can also check out their You Tube channel for lots of free movement videos, all designed for people living with different long-term health conditions.

The website offers also ways to move that might suit you depending on how you’re feeling, where or how you like to move, and more – https://weareundefeatable.co.uk/ways-to-move and also a booklet ‘Five in Five’ which helps you to start building small amounts of activity into your day with Five in Five, a five minute mini-workout designed for people living with long term health conditions – https://weareundefeatable.co.uk/five-in-five.
