Cornwall Arthritis Trust have partnered with National Trust Trelissick
to offer free accessible guided walks for those who may feel less agile
and ‘Freedom to Move’ sessions which include chair based movements,
education on healthier lifestyles to help self manage arthritis and MSK
conditions, plus time to connect with others.
As a health professional we would like to invite you to come along and
meet our team, have a tour of Trelissick, enjoy some time with fellow
colleagues and hear about opportunities that your patients could
potentially benefit from.
Tuesday 24 March, 10.30am – 12pm (please feel free to bring a picnic or
access the cafe after session)
