Starting something new can be daunting but there are lots of different types of physical activity.  It is important to find something you enjoy.

 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem each year.
 
Getting active can help to reduce anxiety and stress, combat low mood and boost self-esteem, making you feel good from the inside and out.
